Edulife S.p.A. was born from a founding group still present today and belonging to the original vision. Important global partners, as well as the founding partners and a venture capital, invest in this start-up and become part of the corporate structure
Thanks to the participation in the IUS international conference in Chile (a network of 40 Salesian University Institutions in the world), Edulife projects itself into a worldwide dimension of didactic methodological innovation projects
Launch of the project with the Autonomous Province of Trento for the training of 3000 teachers. Scientific research strengthens the link with an unprecedented project: learning methodologies, multimedia technological tools and open source technologies
With the launch of the IUS teacher training project in Latin America and in particular in Ecuador, international experience is strengthened and good practices are also capitalized for the Italian market. UPS Salesian Polytechnic University of Ecuador becomes Edulife's strategic partner
After the experience with the IUS, the scientific publication on the "Value Cycle", the methodological framework that characterizes all of Edulife's future projects, is produced
The first visit to China, which made Edulife naturally consolidating its presence in this "new world" after 10 years of multicultural and socially challenging projects and experiences
The Edulife Foundation is born. It becomes the research and development center that starts from young people, to research and prototype multigenerational, multicultural and multidisciplinary models for the S.p.A
The GoToChina project opens the doors to the collaboration of Edulife S.p.A. with YiZhong, a "social outpost" company in China
GoToWorld is born. It represents a consortium that combines Edulife S.pA. and IC & Partners, one of the most important global support networks for the internationalization of Italian companies in the world
The learning accelerator 311 Verona, the new home of Edulife, is born from the Edulife Foundation. The first experiments on Augmented learning mark the boundary with the new era of exponential technologies applied to training
The relationship with China is consolidated through the participation of Edulife S.p.A. to the capital of YiZhong ltd
The pandemic accelerates the changes already underway exponentially and makes the last twenty years of Edulife even more understandable and meaningful. The scientific publications of 2020 formalize the long empirical road traveled by the Cycle of Value at that time
We start talking about 311 Ecosystem, a multigenerational, multidisciplinary and multicultural ecosystem that transforms a non-formal learning place like 311 into a network of subjects united by strongly focused pragmatic values and objectives for a positive social impact
In December 2022, Edulife S.p.A. obtained Benefit Corporation status (Società Benefit). Its bylaws were updated to define clear values and common benefit objectives, which will be monitored through impact reports in the following years.
In July 2023, Edulife achieved B Corp certification. A third-party organization certified the company’s ESG impact on its stakeholders. The institutional and research role of its shareholder, Fondazione Edulife ETS (Third Sector Entity), played a key role in this process.
Following the publication of L’Umano Algoritmo by Fondazione Edulife, the experiential learning methodology was further consolidated through a transversal format suitable for multiple markets, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence and Intergenerationality.
In June 2025, Edulife acquired the legal status of a Social Enterprise (Impresa Sociale), officially becoming a Third Sector Entity. This milestone represents a kind of “revolution,” in the sense of returning to its roots: a structured joint-stock company (S.p.A.) enriched by years of experience and best practices, now grounded in the statutory and value-based solidity that defines a Social Enterprise.
