Since December 2022 we are a Benefit Company.
Since July 2023, we have obtained the B Corp certification.
We have undertaken this journey to formalize a path that has been underway for over 20 years, we want to do it in a more structured way and have transformed our Statute by bringing together the entrepreneurial profit objectives of the company with social, transparency and environmental sustainability objective to generate a positive impact on everything that surrounds our company.
We intend to continue to operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent manner towards people, communities, territories and the environment, aware that the path to be taken must pass through continuous improvements and evolution.
We have set common purpose goals and indicators that will allow us to measure results with the same rigor used for economic results.
Impact Areas and Common Purpose Goals
We are a S.p.A. and in addition to pursuing profit goals, we are committed to pursuing common good goals that have a positive impact on these five areas: governance, personnel, customers and suppliers, community, environment.
Here are, in summary, the goals that we are committed to pursuing:
Develop and promote sustainable impact projects through active involvement of young people, autonomously, with their own partners and participations, in the context of active citizenship, digital citizenship and citizenship in economies and territories for the common good.
Raise awareness, communicate and promote , also through participation in conferences and seminars, the culture of social responsibility.
Pursue the well-being of personnel, creating a work environment that fosters human and professional growth in sustainability and coherence between the life projects of collaborators and the purpose and meaning of Edulife’s vision.
Develop services and solutions integrated with adaptive technologies aimed at informal, non-formal and formal learning, supporting the reception of inclinations, orientation to choice, training accompaniment and human and professional promotion of learners.
Collaborate in a structured and lasting way with non-profit organizations, foundations and third sector entities in general, whose purpose is aligned and synergistic with that of Edulife, in order to actively contribute to the development of citizenships in work and territorial contexts.
Conceive, design, implement and support services and solutions with shared criteria for the prevention and reduction of related environmental impacts.
Annual Impact Report
Each year we publish the Impact Report in which we describe our commitment to generating value through our work.
We want to communicate to our Stakeholders the main stages of our evolutionary journey through an account of the commitments we have made, the activities we have carried out and the impact they have produced in the lives of the people who directly or indirectly collaborate with us and on the territory.
