Edulife is now Edulife S.p.A. Impresa Sociale (Social Enterprise).

Edulife Impresa Sociale has returned to its roots in order to face the ongoing exponential change with a strong sense of identity and in full coherence with its founding values.

Why Social Enterprise

Edulife S.p.A. was founded in 2001.

In December 2022, we became a Benefit Corporation.

In July 2023, we obtained B-Corp certification.

In June 2025, we became a Social Enterprise.

We embarked on this journey to formalize a path that began 25 years ago. We want to pursue it in a more structured and conscious way, and we have amended our Articles of Association by aligning objectives of general interest, transparency, social impact, and economic sustainability, in order to generate a positive impact on everything that surrounds our Enterprise.

We intend to continue operating in a responsible, sustainable, and transparent manner towards people, communities, territories, and the environment, aware that the path ahead must be based on continuous improvement and ongoing evolution.

We have set objectives of general interest and indicators that will enable us to measure results through the social report, applying the same rigor used to assess economic performance.

Areas of impact and common benefit objectives

We are a joint-stock company and, while maintaining the efficiency and expertise gained through over 25 years of market experience, lived with a strong focus on ethics, we are now fully committed, together with our entire shareholder structure, to pursuing objectives for the common good that generate a positive impact on the environment, people, and territories.

All shareholders unanimously approved a charter that does not distribute profits or dividends, but reinvests all generated value in innovation and in the improvement of services, primarily for people, organizations, and territories.

Social Report

Each year, following our first two Impact Reports published as a Benefit Corporation, we publish the Social Report, in which we describe our commitment to generating value of general interest through our work.

We aim to communicate to our stakeholders the key milestones of our journey of evolution through an account of the commitments undertaken, the activities carried out, and the impact they have generated on the lives of the people who interact with us, directly or indirectly, within the communities in which we operate.
